Madho Chista began with a simple belief: food should taste the way it did in our grandmothers' kitchens. Every jar we make starts with ingredients gathered from the forests and farms of Malnad, Karnataka — wild honey, tender appe midi mangoes, sun-dried chillies and whole spices.
We prepare everything in small batches using traditional methods, with purity and health as our top priorities. No shortcuts, no chemical additives, no artificial mixtures — just honest food, made with care.
